Good news!
Congrats to Gweniveve and Srishti who submitted applications to the 2023 Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge (JIC), the premier national middle school STEM competition! They were selected as Thermo Fisher JIC nominees is a great honor—only the top 10% of 6th-8th grade students participating in science fair nationwide are selected for this opportunity. Congrats on your hard work!

LSC Organization Meeting Agenda - We are hosting our LSC Organizational meeting on Wednesday, July 5 at 5PM. Due to summer construction, the meeting will occur at Stanton Park in their meeting room. Please see this link for the agenda.
Volunteering - If you plan to volunteer in the school or accompany students on any field trips you must complete the volunteer process. This is required regardless of the number of hours or days you plan to volunteer. You can find more information on our website at http://www.skinnernorth.org/volunteer.html. Please read the information carefully. Also note that all volunteer approvals expire yearly on June 30th. Volunteers who plan to return for the following school year must notify their school by July 1 and will need to add the new school year they are recertifying for on their application in Civicore.
Before/After Care with Right at School - Are you looking for before and after school care? Right at School provides daily before (7:00AM-8:30AM) and after school care (3:30PM-6:00PM) that occurs on site at Skinner North. Required Forms For School Year 2023-2024 and Health Requirements- You will also receive a copy of the booklet at the beginning of the school year, but if you like to have them in advance please see the following link: http://www.skinnernorth.org/uploads/4/1/0/1/41014239/student_health_and_school_forms_booklet_en..pdf. Please note if you recently registered, you have likely completed these forms, except perhaps the medical.
Health Requirements - We recommend working to schedule your doctor, dental, eye exams during the summer if possible, so you are set for the school year with no need to miss school. Forms are due by 10/15. The following are required at the listed grade levels.
School Fees - Please see this link for school fees for 2023-2024 school year.
Transferring ? - Please let us know if your student(s) will not be returning next school year. This helps us ensure we have accurate numbers for enrollment next school year and opportunity to offer the spot to another student. Use this survey to let us know.

If you are not included and would like to be or if there is an error in your information, please use this link to submit your information. However, we wanted to send in case families wanted to get in contact/have play dates prior to the school year.
