Whether it’s obtaining information about COVID-19, enrolling in Medicaid or SNAP, accessing care, or scheduling an annual physical, CPS Student Health and Wellness is here to help our parents and students understand their healthcare plan and navigate all their family’s healthcare needs.
The CPS Office of Student Health and Wellness (OSHW) has partnered with the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) and HealthChoice Illinois to help our families take advantage of the full range of health care and social services that you may not be aware of or need help navigating. This includes services such as COVID-19 testing, health risk screenings, vaccinations, health check-ups, prescriptions, transportation to and from doctor visits, and therapy.
